As a certified Gentle Sleep Coach, I provide sleep coaching solutions for babies, toddlers and preschoolers- without having to "cry-it-out". Together, we will create and implement a customized, gentle sleep plan that best suits your child’s needs, as well as your parenting style and desired sleep training goals. I offer in-home or phone consultations with follow-up support throughout the sleep training process to families in Blacksburg, VA and the surrounding New River Valley area. I also work with families outside of the local area, offering the same level of service and support via phone/Skype and email…as far away as New Zealand!

Working with Erin gave us our lives back! The Sleepytime Teacher completely saved my life! By 11 months old my younger son was still waking up to ten times a night. I had to nurse him to sleep through the night and for naps, and couldn’t put him down in the crib without him waking shortly after.
